Usually EEP founds a project company which concludes all contracts with customers, facility suppliers and other project participants. The project company benefits from the know how and resources (financial and personnel) of EEP. There is also the possibility for the customer to take a stake in the respective project company. In many cases off balance solutions have been implemented to guarantee low priced energy supplies without tying up the customer’s balance sheet.

As EEP operates numerous power stations together with industrial customers, synergy effects occur from which the customer will benefit, and not only in the long run.
